Geoff Norby, OwnerGeoff Norby has been the owner/operator of Global Accent since 2007. He graduated from Kansas State University with a German/International Studies dual major and Business minor. Due to his love of languages, he studied German in Gießen, Germany for one year and studied Latin, French, Spanish, Norwegian, and Finnish throughout his career. Geoff was a Research Manager for Lieberman Research Worldwide in Los Angeles for two years, and has been working with the Market Research industry since 2005. He is an avid backpacker and mountain biker.

Wendy Hoover, Director of Project Management and Client Services
Wendy Hoover has been managing localization projects since 1999 and has a diverse and unique linguistic background. Having received her Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from Johannes Gutenberg University in Germany, she has a deep understanding of translation. In addition, she earned a certification in Localization Project Management from California State University, Chico. Wendy is fluent in German, conversational in Spanish and Swedish and has studied French. She has been a part of our team since May 2015 and in her current role oversees the management of projects and is our main contact for clients.

Bob Bernhart, Project Manager
Bob Bernhart is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Languages, Literatures, and Cultures with a concentration in Spanish, and has completed graduate coursework in translation and project management through Colorado State University and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His academic background includes a focus on anthropology and education, and he has spent time in Mexico and Panama. Bob performs quality assurance reviews on most projects and manages Global Accent's translation technology, special projects, and vendor relations.
